Aditya has been in the field of education for more than 4 years and in the field of special education since 2 years. When he was in the third year of B. Tech in 2012, he started his career as freelancer educational consultant for early childhood development. In 2013 after completing his bachelor degree B. Tech in mechanical engineering he joined Jaiaraj Global automobiles as a production in charge in Rudrapur (Uttarakhand).
Aditya continued his journey for better opportunity in the area of Engineering with other MNC’s as Endurance, Magic Bricks etc. till 2015. Aditya want to contribute himself in the early childhood development and for special children, So he left his job and enrolled himself for D.E.C.S.E (Diploma In Early Childhood Special Education) course from NIEPID (National Institute For The Empowerment Of Persons With Intellectual Disability) in 2016.
Along with his study he also a joint Grolier International as an educational consultant. NIEPID helped Aditya to consolidate his preliminary understanding of philosophy and education and enriched him with where is methodology of teaching and understand different types of special children.
Now he is running an Institute in Nagpur for special children along with normal school going children. He strongly believes in inclusive education. Aditya Prakash teaches in flexible way and he observes his students psychology. Though he is greatly inspired by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and Swami Vivekananda. His view is to contribute himself to fulfill Kalam’s dream “skillful and resourceful Human of India”.
Along with teaching Aditya is also providing training to parents teachers and children to develop academic performance and build academic in environment around student in home and school.
Aditya is also NLP practitioner DMIT counselor, Brain gym trainer. In 2018 he had done Train The Trainer certification course from MIND BLING. His area of interest and expertise are Mindful leadership for students and adults, communication mastery, coaching and mentoring.
